My field of work is cognitive architecture: the inner workings of the human mind and the underlying cognitive mechanisms behind how humans interact with AI systems.

Everything I know comes from working with people. Not theory. Practice.

Traditional screen patterns are hitting a wall. AI doesn’t just need better button placement. It needs a new architectural layer: interfaces that transform around how humans think. The work is mapping cognitive modes, diagnosing where flow breaks, and figuring out the control surfaces that come next.

Co-founded the Creative and Design AI Lab and led AI transformation for 250 designers across global studios.

30,000+ experiments in co-cognition proved that human nuance can be amplified through AI rather than averaged out.

Built and deployed AI agents at enterprise scale: a brand intelligence agent adopted company-wide for unified brand standards, and AI clones of team members for a long-distance collaboration project where AI augmented human presence and helped people feel connected across time zones.

The work was never about the tools. It was about helping people find their way into a new way of working. What they discovered changed how I think about everything.

Lead Designer for Cerebras Systems since 2017, designing the supercomputers that train frontier models.

Worked with Logitech's innovation, software and hardware teams on Physical Intelligence: the first and last millimeter between human and machine, where thought becomes movement and AI learns to read and respond to it.

AI doesn't converge toward sameness because it was trained wrong. It converges because averaging is its mathematical nature. The research focuses on what breaks that convergence: how to transmit human imperfection, the Creative Fingerprint, through AI without losing it.

How do we capture, transmit, and amplify human creativity through AI systems so that people become more authentic, more original, not less? That is the work.

I work from Silicon Valley, California. When not running experiments, I meditate and hike.
